Supervision Bulletin

As part of FIMM’s regulatory functions, our supervision department performs reviews and conducts surveillance on registered Distributors and Consultants to assess the state of compliance to the relevant rules and regulations.

In this first edition of FIMM’s Supervision Bulletin, we will provide guidance to Consultants based on issues noted from our reviews and surveillance activities. We hope that this bulletin will benefit Consultants in areas related to marketing and distribution of Unit Trust Schemes (UTS) and Private Retirement Schemes (PRS).
