3 Redemption / Verification Process
  1. Kindly visit the participating dealers and inform them of your eligibility under FIMM’s Consultant Benefit Program.
  2. Verification requirements are as follows:
    • For FIMM Registered Consultants: Access via FIMM’s website – https://fcs.fimm.com.my/Publics or FIMM e-Card
    • For FIMM Directors and Employees: Provide the original signed Verification Letter from FIMM to any authorised Audi dealer in Malaysia.
4 Terms & Conditions
  1. The Fleet Discount cannot be combined with other campaigns, special programs, or actions.
  2. Fleet support applies to both stock cars and individual orders.
  3. Vehicle purchased under this program must not be resold before meeting a minimum usage of 6 months from registration date and 1,000km mileage.
  4. Fleet support is extendable to legal spouse(s) only, subject to documentary proof of marriage.
  5. Vehicle Ownership Certificate (VOC) must clearly state the registered owner during application.
  6. Current and previous Volkswagen owners are also eligible for this program provided that the vehicle is registered with an authorised Volkswagen dealership.

    A: All authorised Audi Dealers across Malaysia.
  2. Q: Does FIMM or Audi handle loan applications?
    A: No. Applicants are responsible for arranging their own financing, subject to creditworthiness assessments by the respective financial institutions.
