2. Corporate Advantage Plan
20% discount for Golf Passes & Social Membership with minimum ten (10) memberships per category for 12 months.

3 Redemption / Verification Process Verification requirements are as follows:

  • For FIMM Registered Consultants: Access via FIMM website – https://fcs.fimm.com.my/Publics or FIMM e-Card.
  • For FIMM Directors and Employees: Provide the original signed Verification Letter from FIMM.
4 Terms & Conditions 1. Corporate Sports Privileges

  • This programme allows FIMM Directors, Employees & Consultants to access selected sports facilities on a pay-per-use basis.
  • Usage rates shall be based on prevailing corporate rates determined by the Club.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through the Club’s designated booking channels.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full or partial charges at the Club’s discretion.
  • Green fees, buggy fees and applicable charges shall be paid by the individual upon registration.
  • Rain check is not applicable for Weekday Golf Package.
  • Corporate rates are not applicable for tournaments, events or special arrangements unless approved by the Club.
  • This programme does not confer membership status, voting rights or ownership interest in the Club.

2. Corporate Advantage Plan

  • Minimum purchase of ten (10) memberships per category is required for the 20% discount.
  • Membership privileges are subject to the Rules, Regulations and By-laws of the Club.
  • Transfer, replacement and change of nominees shall follow the Club’s prevailing policies.

3. General

  • FIMM Directors, Employees & Consultants must comply with Club rules, etiquette and dress code at all times.
  • Users remain personally responsible for their conduct while utilising this plan.
  • Any loss, damage or misconduct caused shall be borne by the respective individual.

  1. Q: What do the Annual Golf Pass (Individual and Family) cover?
    A: The Annual Golf Pass (AGP) provides access to golf facilities for a 12-month period with:

    • Unlimited golf at GGCC with zero green fee (subject to availability)
    • Priority tee-times booking including weekends & public holidays
    • Your guest play at Members’ Guest Rates
    • Merchant partnership benefits
    • ZERO monthly subscription fee
    • Valid for 364 days

    Note: Buggy, caddy fees, and other incidental charges are payable at applicable member rates.

  2. Q: What does the Social Membership include?
    A: Social Membership grants access to the Club’s sports and recreational facilities, including:

    • Gymnasium, Olympic-size swimming pool, children wading pool, tennis (indoor & outdoor), squash, and karaoke facilities
    • Extended to one (1) legal spouse, with a maximum of five (5) children under the age of eighteen (18)
    • Priority bookings during weekdays, weekends and public holidays
    • Member’s rate applicable where charges may be incurred
    • Member Guests’ rates for introduced guests
    • Merchant partnership benefits

    Note: Golfing privileges are not included under Social Membership.

    A:

    • A minimum subscription of ten (10) memberships per category is required to enjoy the applicable corporate discounts
    • Complete the prescribed Membership Application Form
    • Submit required documents
    • The Membership Department will assist with the onboarding process
  4. Q: How do we make payment for the Corporate Advantage Plan?
    A: Payment can be made via:

    • Bank transfer
    • Cheque
    • Credit Card

    Note: Full payment is required prior to activation of the membership.

  5. Q: Can a company pay for memberships on behalf of their employees?
    A:

    • No. Membership subscriptions, pay-per-use charges and other applicable fees are the responsibility of the registered individual utilising the Club’s facilities and services.
    • All charges, including golf, sports facilities, buggy fees and other related usage charges, shall be billed to and payable by the individual participant upon registration or utilisation.
    • The company may make its own internal reimbursement or payment arrangements; however, the Club will recognise the individual participant as the responsible party for all charges incurred.
  6. Q: Are the corporate rates inclusive of SST or any other taxes?
    A: All rates are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. SST (where applicable) will be indicated in the official quotation or invoice.
  7. Q: When does the 12-month membership period start?
    A: The membership period commences from the date of activation, upon full payment and approval by the Club.
  8. Q: What happens when the 12-month plan expires?
    A: Membership privileges will lapse upon expiry. Renewal options may be offered, subject to prevailing rates and terms at the time of renewal.
  9. Q: Can corporate members bring guests to the Club?
    A: Yes. Corporate members may introduce guests, subject to guest policies, applicable fees, and booking availability.
  10. Q: Is the Karaoke Lounge available for private corporate events or team celebrations?
    A: Yes, the Karaoke Lounge may be booked for private functions, subject to availability, applicable charges, and prior reservation.
  11. Q: Can we change the membership category after signing up (e.g. from Individual to Family)?
    A: No. Changes between membership/pass categories (e.g. from Individual to Family) are not permitted after sign-up.
  12. Q: What are the Club’s operating hours for sports facilities?
    A: In general, facilities operate from 7.00am to 10.00pm daily except for the swimming pool. Members are advised to check with the respective outlets or the Club’s front desk for the latest schedules.
  13. Q: Is advance booking required for the golf course, tennis courts, or karaoke lounge?
    A: Yes. Advance booking is recommended (and required for certain facilities) to ensure availability, particularly during peak periods.
