3 Redemption / Verification Process FIMM’s Consultants, Employees, Directors or Dependents must present proof of employment / membership during registration to be eligible for the corporate rates (Letter of Introduction, Staff ID Card, email LAN ID, or verification via this link).
4 Terms & Conditions

Programme Duration: The IJN Corporate Wellness Screening Programme is valid until 30 June 2027.

Appointment Date

  1. Appointment dates are available for individual or group bookings on a first-come, first-serve basis. Book at least two (2) weeks before the preferred date.
  2. All bookings must include personal details for registration. Wellness package appointments are open Monday–Saturday (except Public Holidays).
  3. Confirmation and reminder will be sent via email or post, and SMS three (3) days before the appointment.
  4. All test results are provided on the same day; a complete medical report will be delivered within one (1) week after the appointment.
  5. Payment method: Cash or credit card upon registration.

  1. Q: Do I need a doctor’s referral to book the appointment?
    A: No referral is needed for health screening.
  2. Q: Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?
    A: Please inform IJN Health Screening Centre 5 working days in advance.
  3. Q: Is onsite screening available for groups?
    A: Yes, valid for blood screening packages with a minimum of 50 pax within Klang Valley.
  4. Q: Is there any age limit for the screening packages?
    A: Yes, 18 years old and above.
  5. Q: Can I book multiple family members at once?
    A: Yes, multiple bookings are allowed.
  6. Q: Can I claim the screening through insurance?
    A: This is subject to the individual’s insurance policy.
