2. MYR 10 Tourism Tax applies for foreign tourists per room per night. Any changes in VAT or National Taxes on accommodation & Food and Beverage, according to government regulations, will be applicable and payable to the hotel on arrival.
3. Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time.
4. Accommodation and breakfast are free for 2 children under 7 years sharing parent’s room. From 7–11 years, accommodation is free with 50% discount on breakfast.
5. The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

1. Q: Is there an expiry date for the offers?
   A: The offer is valid until 31 December 2025.
2. Q: Can I book multiple rooms simultaneously, and are there any limits?
   A: A single booking is limited to a maximum of seven (7) rooms. For phone bookings, a confirmation number must be requested to ensure the reservation. Room bookings are personal and non-transferable. Resale of room nights under this offer is strictly prohibited.
3. Q: Is the 20% discount for Food & Beverage applicable only to in-house guests?
   A: Yes, the discount applies exclusively to in-house guests at Temasya Restaurants and is valid for buffet lunch and dinner.
4. Q: Are there minimum or maximum stay requirements?
   A: There is no minimum or maximum stay for individual bookings at MHCC.
5. Q: What payment methods are accepted?
   A: All payments are subject to hotel terms. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.
6. Q: What is the cancellation policy?
   A: Reservations are guaranteed up to 24 hours prior to check-in. After this period, availability cannot be guaranteed unless written notice (letter/email) is provided with estimated arrival. Failure to cancel within deadlines will result in a no-show charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
7. Q: Can I modify or cancel after booking?
   A: Changes can be made within 48 hours prior to arrival, subject to room availability.
