3 Redemption / Verification Process Promotional code “FIMM2025” must be applied on the E&O website when making a room reservation. For dining, please email to E&O directly and present valid proof of status as a FIMM Consultants, Employees or Directors.
4 Terms & Conditions
  1. Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 8% prevailing Service Tax.
  2. Rates are subject to Local Government Fee of 3.00 nett per room per night.
  3. Rates are subject to Tourism Tax of 10.00 nett per room per night (applicable to all foreign guests excluding Permanent Residents of Malaysia with MyPR card).
  4. The hotel reserves the right to adjust contract rates and its terms without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or tax changes.
  5. It is recommended that all suite reservations be guaranteed (pre-payment by cash or credit card). Reservations without guarantee will only be held until 18:00 hrs on the expected arrival date.
  6. A one-night suite charge will be levied for “No-Show” on the scheduled arrival.
  7. A peak season surcharge of 200.00++ per suite per night will be levied from 20 to 31 December 2025.

    A: Yes, multiple rooms can be booked in one transaction, subject to room availability on the selected dates.

    A: There is no minimum or maximum stay, but bookings are subject to availability upon reservation.
  5. Q: What payment methods are accepted?
    A: Credit card details are required at the time of reservation to confirm and guarantee the booking.
