7 FAQs Section 1. How do FIMM Staff redeem the voucher?
Staff must visit the Dell MPP Site to directly claim the voucher.

2. How can Members/Consultants with personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail) redeem it?
They need to email Dell directly with their e-FIMM Card attached.

3. What if a Member doesn’t have an email address?
They can call Dell and request FIMM staff to send the e-FIMM Card on their behalf.

4. Can I use the discount for all Dell products?
It applies to most products but excludes clearance and promotional items unless specified otherwise.

5. Is the discount valid at Dell physical stores?
No, the promotion is valid only via the Dell MPP Online Store.

6. When will promotional visuals and logos be available?
They are pending approval and will be shared once finalized.

7. Is there a limit to the number of vouchers I can claim?
Voucher limits, if any, will be subject to Dell’s internal policy. Confirm with Dell directly.

8. Can I combine this discount with other Dell promotions or coupons?
Typically, no. The FIMM discount cannot be combined with other discount codes, flash sales, or clearance sales unless stated.
