3 Redemption/Verification

FIMM Staff – Register on the Dell MPP portal at https://www.dell.com/en-my/lp/mpp and follow the steps to redeem your voucher.

Members / Consultants – Register on the Dell MPP portal, then email Dell.MPP.MYSG@Dell.com with a copy of your e-FIMM Card to claim your voucher. Please mention Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) – fimm.com.my in your email.

Members without email access – Register on the Dell MPP portal, call Dell’s general line for assistance, and have a FIMM staff member email your e-FIMM Card to Dell.MPP.MYSG@Dell.com on your behalf to complete the redemption.

This privilege is exclusively for FIMM staff and active registered consultants.

All participants must register on the Dell Member Purchase Program portal before redemption.

Vouchers and discounts are non-transferable and can only be used by the eligible member.

Eligibility will be verified by Dell before redemption.

Offers, discounts, and promotions are subject to Dell’s terms, conditions, and availability, and may change without prior notice.

FIMM is not responsible for product availability, delivery, warranty, or after-sales service.

All purchases are bound by Dell’s sales policies and warranty terms.

7 FAQs Section 1. How do FIMM Staff redeem the voucher?
Staff must visit the Dell MPP Site to directly claim the voucher.

2. How can Members/Consultants with personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail) redeem it?
They need to email Dell directly with their e-FIMM Card attached.

3. What if a Member doesn’t have an email address?
They can call Dell and request FIMM staff to send the e-FIMM Card on their behalf.

4. Can I use the discount for all Dell products?
It applies to most products but excludes clearance and promotional items unless specified otherwise.

5. Is the discount valid at Dell physical stores?
No, the promotion is valid only via the Dell MPP Online Store.

6. When will promotional visuals and logos be available?
They are pending approval and will be shared once finalized.

7. Is there a limit to the number of vouchers I can claim?
Voucher limits, if any, will be subject to Dell’s internal policy. Confirm with Dell directly.

8. Can I combine this discount with other Dell promotions or coupons?
Typically, no. The FIMM discount cannot be combined with other discount codes, flash sales, or clearance sales unless stated.

9. How long is the voucher valid after I claim it?
Voucher validity is usually stated in the voucher email itself. Please check the expiry date carefully.

10. Do I need to create a Dell account to use the voucher?
Yes, you may need to register or log in to Dell’s platform to apply the voucher at checkout.

11. Can I use the voucher for corporate purchases or bulk orders?
No, vouchers are intended for personal use only, not for corporate or bulk purchases

12.Who do I contact for issues with order delivery or technical product support?
After voucher redemption and purchase, all product and delivery inquiries should go through Dell’s standard customer service channels, not the MPP email.
