Verification Process

 FIMM ‘s Consultant, Employees, Directors or Dependent must present proof of employment / membership during registration to be eligible for the corporate rates (i.e. Letter of Introduction, Staff ID Card, email LAN ID, verification via this link: https://fcs.fimm.com.my/publics#nav-cons & etc.).

Programme Duration

The IJN Corporate Wellness Screening Programme is valid until 30 June  2027.

 

Appointment Date

  1. Appointment dates are available for individual, or group bookings based on “first come, first serve basis”. Participants are advised to book a date at least two (2) weeks before the appointment date, to ensure successful bookings of the preferred date.
  2. All bookings must be accompanied by personal details for registration purpose. Please note that Wellness packages appointment is open from Monday to Saturday (except Public Holiday).
  3. Confirmation and reminder of appointment date will be sent to each participant via email or post, and SMS three (3) days before appointment date.
  4. All test results shall be obtained within the same day of Wellness Packages appointment, and our Cardiologist will consult the Wellness Packages participant upon completion of all tests. We shall forward the written complete medical report within one (1) week after the appointment date to each participant according to their given correspondence address, unless otherwise stated by the employer (with participant’s consent).
  5. Payment method

Payment options include the following:

Cash/credit card payment must be made upon registration

FAQs Section

1.        Q: Do I need a doctor’s referral to book the appointment?

A: No referral is needed for health screening

2.        Q: Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?

A:  For reschedule / cancellation,  kindly informed IJN Health Screening  Centre 5 working days in advance

3.           Q: Is onsite screening available for groups?

A : Yes, only valid for blood screening packages with minimum of 50 pax and it is only applicable within Klang Valley

4.        Q: Is there any age limits for the screening packages?

A: Yes, 18 years old and above

5.            Q: Can I book multiple family members at once?

A:  Yes, multiple booking is allowed

6.          Q: Can I claim the screening through insurance?

A: This is subject to the individual’s insurance policy
