Terms & Conditions
  1. Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 8% prevailing Service
  2. Rates are subject to Local Government Fee of 00nett per room per night.
  3. Rates are subject to Tourism Tax of 00nett per room per night (applicable to all foreign guests excluding Permanent Residents of Malaysia with MyPR card).
  4. All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are subject to suite Payments are to be in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. (non-commissionable)
  5. The hotel reserves the right to adjust contract rates and its terms & conditions without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or tax alteration by the government and service charge amendments.
  6. For the 3rd sharing adult or child of 13 years and above sharing a suite with parents, an additional charge of RM350++ per person per night will be levied. This rate includes one (01) extra bed with one (01) breakfast and access to The Cornwallis. Only one (01) extra bed can be accommodated per This rate is subject to 10% service charge and 8% prevailing service tax.

A: Reservations can be made online via the Eastern & Oriental Hotel website by entering the corporate promo code FIMM2025 which valid until 31 December 2025.

2) Q: Are breakfast or other meals included in the room corporate rate?

A: Yes, the complimentary breakfast is up for 2 persons at Sarkies/Palm Court/Planters Lounge if you make a room reservations for Heritage Wing and Victory Annexe.

3) Q: Is it possible to book multiple rooms in a single transaction, and are there any limitations per booking?

A: Yes, multiple rooms can be booked in one transaction. However, this is subject to room availability on the selected dates.

4) Q: Are there minimum or maximum stay requirements?

A: There is no minimum or maximum stay required, but kindly note that all booking is subject to availability upon reservation.

5) Q: What payment methods are accepted for corporate bookings?

A: Credit card details are required at the time of reservation to confirm and guarantee the booking through the hotel’s website.
