Rates are subject to Local Government Fee of RM3.00nett per room per night. Rates are subject to Tourism Tax of RM10.00nett per room per night (applicable to all foreign guests excluding Permanent Residents of Malaysia with MyPR card). All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are subject to suite availability. Payments are to be in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. (non-commissionable) The hotel reserves the right to adjust contract rates and its terms & conditions without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or tax alteration by the government and service charge amendments. For the 3rd sharing adult or child of 13 years and above sharing a suite with parents, an additional charge of RM350++ per person per night will be levied. This rate includes one (01) extra bed with one (01) breakfast and access to The Cornwallis. Only one (01) extra bed can be accommodated per suite. This rate is subject to 10% service charge and 8% prevailing service tax. Check-in time is after 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Suites may be extended until 18:00 hrs at a minimal charge of 50% of the Corporate Suite Rate, subject to availability. After 18:00 hrs, rooms will be charged at the full rate. We recommend that all suite reservations be guaranteed (pre-payment by cash or credit card). Please note that reservations without guarantee will only be held until 18:00 hrs on the day of expected arrival. A one-night suite charge will be levied for “No-Show” on the scheduled arrival date. A peak season surcharge of RM200.00++ per suite per night will be levied during the following dates:- January 01 – 04, 2025 January 26 – February 04, 2025 December 20 – 31, 2025 |
