Terms & Conditions
- Open to all Malaysians except FIMM’s employees and interns.
- The game will be hosted on Kahoot! (web-based or mobile application), no additional download is required.
- Closing date is Friday, 22 March 2024.
- For verification purposes, kindly submit your name as per your IC when entering “Nickname” in the Kahoot! quiz.
- To ensure a fair competition, only one (1) entry per participant is allowed. FIMM will consider the first entry received based on the scoreboard. Any subsequent & suspicious entries from the same participant will be automatically disqualified.
- The winners will be determined based on the highest score.
- While winners will be displayed at the end of each game session, the standings may not necessarily reflect the final rankings, as FIMM will conduct due diligence checks. These checks are essential to ensure that the winners are eligible to participate, among other reasons.
- In the event of any tie, FIMM reserves the right to determine the award winners as it deems fit.
- The results will be announced within the next seven (7) working days of the closing date.
- The results shall be deemed as final unless otherwise decided by FIMM, and FIMM shall not entertain any appeals by the participants.
- Prizes will be distributed within the next 30 days via email following the announcement of winners.
- By participating in the quiz, participants consent to providing their full name as stated on their Identification Card (IC) along with their IC number. This information will be used solely for verification purposes in the event of winning and for prize distribution. Participants are responsible for ensuring their particulars and information are in order/correct for delivery of the prizes as FIMM will not entertain any request to reinstate the award in the event of wrong delivery due to incorrect information provided by the participants.
- FIMM shall not be responsible for any loss or negligence in the delivery of the award by a third party.
- FIMM reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations from time to time.
